About me
I believe true healing begins from within. That in
order to heal it, you must give yourself permission
to feel it! Through my own life challenges, trauma’s
and experiences, I have journeyed back to my
center and discovered my unique essence, my
medicine. I have learned how to alchemize my pain
into my power, and reclaim my authentic
expression through the many tools in my toolbox.
This work is my dharma. Soul-chosen to share my
wisdom and hold safe, sacred space for those
ready to CHOOSE IN to their next evolution!
