In her practice, Brittni educates clients on the intimate relationships between energetic, emotional and physical anatomy and their impact on everyday health. By utilizing breathwork and meditation techniques, mindfulness practices, sleep and stress management tools, herbal support and self-care practices, Brittni has helped many clients and athletes address anxiety, IBS and digestive disorders, hormone imbalances, nervous system dysregulation and much more.
