Acro yoga is a very playful practice combining yoga, acrobatics and therapeutics. Generally done in groups of 2 or 3 for safety & connection. In this class we will dive into the basics of spotting, basing & flying. These techniques & practices build strength, flexibility, body awareness, confidence, communication & community. Learning to read each other's bodies, guide movements & breath to assist another in accomplishing a pose, sharing some giggles or releasing some tension. Connect with others in this playful community practice. Join with a partner, spouse, friends or fly solo, all are welcome.
