This practice includes opening with singing mantra, followed by clearing breathwork and followed by asana that is inspired and honors the land and elements around us.
Shamanic Yoga blends ancient yoga practices with shamanic principles to foster personal growth and transformation. Through techniques such as pranayama, asana, energy work, and journeying, students are invited to reconnect with their true selves and explore their potential.
Practice traditional sun As, Bs and restorative poses with animal inspired flows in between to create an energized, inspired and replenished outcome that is here to set you up for love and presence in the day ahead.
