Join Chetana as she leads you through a 90mins class that will take you from a powerful Moving Meditation into Deep Healing Yin asanas. Your practice will be taken to a higher transcendent level as your healing is deepened with a 35mins Yoga Nidra and Guided Meditation (yogic sleep) by Chetana on the backdrop of the vibrations of Quartz crystal sound bowls. Chetana writes her own meditations, so expect to be special as she guides you through your practice.
