Shakti Temple: Backbends, Breath and Bhakti Hand Pan

Love is the Source and Love is the Force! Awaken your heart of compassion and the power of grace in this Rasa Yoga flow of backbends, pranayama, and chanting. This practice is a dynamic flow of asana, mantra, mudra and heart fire vision. Learn a progressive backbend sequence to open with compassion, strengthen the posterior chain muscles with functional anatomy, and enliven the innermost vision of the heart. Sianna will weave in Tantric stories of the Shakti Energies and honor the mystic rose of the Magdalene Flame. Masood will offer live music throughout the class, and we will lift our prayers up in community with a Bhakti Hand Pan Kirtan as the culmination of our Shakti Temple Journey. 

Rasa Yoga is a bhakti fusion of asana, mantra, mudra, myth, pranayama, meditation, functional anatomy, Tantric yoga philosophy, shadow work, and soul alchemy.
