We will practice perceiving & attuning to the subtle vibrations of the energetic body, with time for the sharing of visions, feelings, sensations and perceptions. These systems are a map & guide for all to remember, reconnect & redefine the power within to heal, feel, create, love & share in the dance of co- creation with the divine & fully embodied life. You will walk away with new techniques for a mystical life on and off the mat. The best way to connect to the mystical world is to experience. practice, trust the flow & play. 

Mysticism is the personal experience of the absolute,  divine, source or god.
